How to suppress hunger naturally

You can lose weight without being hungry. It’s true. I’ve done it.

But, losing weight without feeling hungry seems like a pipe dream, right?

If you would like to know how you can strip off that excess weight that’s bogging you down, all while suppressing your appetite naturally, please read on.

It’s so demoralizing to try and do everything right and still not see the scale move.

Unfortunately, even when you are really and truly giving it all you have, you don’t know why it’s not working.

So, you move on to another diet, thinking that this time, THIS will be the diet that unlocks the key to your fat loss.

But, it doesn’t. All you have is another failed attempt, leaving you feeling even more discouraged, and the fat loss mountain looks even higher.

I was on the diet merry-go-round for years, and watched my weight slowly and steadily creep up, feeling more and more dejected with every passing year. Why was it so hard? And why could I not be consistent with my eating habits? I was so lost …

Then I discovered a hack – a way to get my body in the fat burning mode, while shutting down the hormones that caused me to be hungry, even when I was eating enough calories for my body.

I followed a customized keto diet. One that was designed specifically for me and my body’s needs.

I committed to the diet for 3 months, bound and determined to finally, FINALLY, see the needle on the scale move. I realized that I would never be one of those people who lost 20 pounds in two weeks – and that was OK. Seeing the scale drop week after week kept me motivated to keep going. Plus, I was eating delicious foods that didn’t leave me feeling deprived. I could eat out – even went on vacation for a week and came back pounds 1.5 lighter! It was easy and simple to follow, and I never ran out of mouth-watering recipes, so I didn’t get bored.

And really? There is nothing special about me. I just stuck to the plan and kept going. Not all weeks were losing weeks, but over the first three months I lost 25 pounds, kept going for another 3 months to lose 40 pounds altogether.

All while not feeling hunger pangs.

The key for me was not being hungry. Getting in and staying in ketosis was the answer for me. Did I have cravings? Sure, but they would pass. After the first 3 days of following this diet, I never felt that irresistible gnawing hunger that will blast through anyone’s willpower.

But so many more people than me have benefitted as well:

As of today I’ve lost 35 pounds, I have no hunger pangs and mentally I feel sharp as a pin. This is definitely going to become a ‘way of life’ for me as it’s so easy to follow…

I’m 4 weeks into my custom keto diet plan and I’ve lost 14 pounds which I must say is pretty incredible, it’s actually amazing watching my body transform into something I am actually proud of rather than something I have always tried to cover up.

I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life and it’s safe to say that I’ve tried a LOT of diets… The Keto diet is the only one I’ve managed to stick to and the weight is literally melting off my body.

Unlike other diets where I am feeling hungry all day and food is constantly on my mind, the keto diet has completely eliminated this, I actually NEVER feel hungry with this way of eating!

I would definitely recommend anyone struggling to lose weight to try these custom keto meal plans as they really have been a godsend for me.

Following a customized keto plan was:

  • Effective
  • Simple and easy to follow
  • Chock full of delicious foods
  • The perfect strategy to feel zero hunger

I may have even done more than I realized for my health, because the ketogenic (or keto) diet has been shown to have additional health benefits, such as:

  • May manage or even reverse diabetes1,2
  • Potentially reduce heart disease risk3-6
  • May boost brain function7,8
  • May improve mental outlook9-12
  • Could stave off cancer-cell production13-15
  • Can improve gut health or bowel disorders

As a perimenopausal woman, I think the cards are kinda stacked against us when it comes to weight loss. But consistency and following a customized keto diet has been the answer to my weight loss prayers. I’m the same size (maybe even a bit smaller) that I was in high school. I no longer feel ashamed of my body. I no longer dread the summer, looking for how I’m going to avoid the beach or pool.

Being healthy is truly liberating. And I want that for you.

Now to be clear, this isn’t for everyone. It’s not for:

  • People who are happy with their current situation and don’t feel the need to enhance their health, figure, and energy level.
  • People who are looking for an unhealthy, quick-fix crash diet that depletes their willpower and causes weight to come back immediately upon stopping.
  • People who are “unmotivated,” because, as we all know, changing a diet requires commitment and consistency.

Instead, this custom meal plan service is for people:

  • Who want to be in control of their health and wellbeing.
  • Who want to finally achieve a figure that makes them feel proud when they look in the mirror.
  • Who are driven to fix what’s unhealthy, heal what’s broken, and improve what’s lacking, and who believe that no matter the circumstances, something can always be done about it.
  • Who want the best for their bodies and lives, and who are driven to eat healthier, feel more energetic, and fulfill their true potential.

If you love bread, pasta and potatoes, keto can definitely be an adjustment. I can definitely relate.

When I started my weight loss journey, I swore to myself that I would do whatever it took to lose weight. I was sick and tired of feeling bad about myself, feeling ashamed of my weight and how far out of control I had gotten. Even though I knew I would miss those foods while I was losing weight, I decided that I was willing to set them aside and focus on getting healthier. Once I got to a weight or size I felt good at, I could always bring those back into my meal plans. No biggie, right?

One of the things I love about keto is that for almost any favorite recipe, you can find a keto-fied version of it somewhere. Ice cream? Yup. Corn bread? Yup. Kit kats? Yup. Plus, you can have all the rich cheese, meats, cream in your coffee, veggies you can eat. Not having to be satisfied with meager little portions was key for me to stay on track. Those treats really helped me feel like I wasn’t really sacrificing. Really … I’m kicking myself for not having started sooner.

The only thing I wish is that I had started and committed sooner. Give yourself and your loved ones the gift of health and watch as the pounds melt off week after week. You deserve to feel good. You deserve to feel proud of yourself. I know you can do it.
